Players and Parents,

Just a few things to lock in before we go to Brisbane:

• Final Training Run: We have our final training run this Sunday the 29^th of June at Helensvale Hogs RUC from 10am – 12pm. Please be there early so we can ALL be ready to start training at 10am sharp. This session will be followed by a jersey presentation ceremony and BBQ so please plan to stick around until about 2pm.
• All Money Is Due: Please note that all raffle ticket money and player levies ($490) are now due. This is payable to Dave Holmes by cash or cheque (made out to Rugby Gold Coast) at training this Sunday. You can also drop the money in to the RGC Office at the corner of Lake Street and Varsity Parade, Varsity Lakes. Ring myself or Dale if you need to make other arrangements to get the money in. Please get this money in by Friday where possible or Sunday at the absolute latest!
• Club Matches: As expressed at training, Dale and I are happy for you to play club this Saturday however, especially as we have both missed opportunities through injury in the past, we want you to be sure you know what you are risking by playing. Many of you are pushing for QLD spots and an injury this Saturday could not only rule you out of the Champs but also of contention for one of the QLD 16 squad places. If you have a niggling injury, soreness, etc. or simply don’t want to take the risk, please talk to your school/club coaches about sitting out this weekend or at least reduced game time. If you don’t feel you can talk to them let us know and we can do so on your behalf.
• Accommodation: Our accommodation has been confirmed as St. Peters Lutheran College – 66 Harts Road, Indooroopilly.
• Transport:  Please meet at 10:30am sharp on Tuesday morning at Robina Train Station – Eastern side. You will need to have ALL bags marked with Name, Team and Accommodation location – eg Ralf de la Mare / Gold Coast Cyclones U16s / St. Peters
• Forms: If you are yet to complete the required Emergency Contact and Player Behaviour forms can you please ensure these are completed and that you bring them down on Sunday.
• Draws:  Under 16 Draw                                  Full Draw
